Spring Coffee Morning: Nonsuch Mansion  Service Wing at 11.00am

Our Spring Coffee Morning will again be held at Nonsuch Mansion at 11am and once again donations of cakes/savouries and raffle prizes on the morning would be much appreciated.  Cost £4 payable on entry.  We do look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at this very enjoyable event.  Friends and relatives are also very welcome to come along.

AGM followed by a talk by Michael Parsons of Morden Hall

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 16th May 2018 at 7.45pm in the Main Hall at Bourne Hall, Ewell for the purpose of hearing reports, receiving and adopting accounts, and appointing the Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary and other committee members according to the Constitution and the appointment of an Independent Examiner for the forthcoming year. The Minutes of last year's AGM are enclosed with this Newsletter.

This is your opportunity to participate in the running of the Centre by expressing your views and electing a new Committee for 2018/19.  If you wish to nominate a member of the Centre for election to the Management Committee, please write to the Chairman, Robert Bourne, giving the name and address of the nominee together with their signed agreement, as well as the name and address of the proposer and seconder.  All nominations should be received by the Chairman by 30th April 2018.  Thank you.

If anyone wishes to raise any matter under “Any other business” please advise our Secretary, Anne Bunton, by 30th April 2018.

After the AGM there will be a talk by Michael Parsons from Morden Hall.
